Team Critix is the official Gaming Clan or gaming Team under the TechKnow Heaven banner. This team will represent the company in video game tournaments on an international and national level. The International (TI) is an annual Dota 2 esports tournament hosted by Valve Corporation, the game's developer. The first tournament took place in Cologne, Germany at Gamescom in 2011 and was held shortly after the public reveal of Dota 2, with a total prize pot of $1.6 million.
ESL One Cologne is a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournament run by ESL. In July 2018, sixteen teams from around the globe competed in an offline (LAN) tournament that featured a group stage and playoffs with a US$300,000 prize pool in ESL One Cologne 2018. It would be the second consecutive year since Cologne 2016 in which Valve Corporation decided to pass up on the historic tournament series as a Major host in favor of the FACEIT Major: London 2018.
